Type J, Baby

Jet is the hottest goddang bird alive. There, I said it. He's f**king gorgeous and there's nothing that can convince me otherwise. He and his Rogues are the reason I got back into loving birds - not just the anthro ones either! They're so cute when they chirp and sing!! *sigh* I remember my parakeets, Paulie and Jane... Paulie was a total idiot though. Jane was a bit of a betch... I guess birds are supposed to be stupid and mean. XDD *shot*

I just love his character - he's the brash, rude and immature character that the series needed to combat Sonic's cockiness. (And yes, we had Shadow, but he's SO much more mature than his faker.) Sure, we already had a green and greedy hunk floating around by this point *cough cough* Vector *cough*, but we needed another! This time, one that looks good riding a skateboard thingy! And then his 2nd appearance in the Olympics drove me to make this. ^_^ I look forward to playing his games in London Party all the time!

...I'm very indifferent to Yurchak's voice for him though... its... its gonna take some getting used to. I'mma miss the good ole Griffith laugh though. >< That was a perfect cackle.

Color's a tad off, feet are a bit off too, but otherwise, I really like this shot. I really tried to make it look like he was flying, but with that smexi pose and I think it worked out pretty well. Its hard as HELL to try and find board references, so we need more of those. I'm gonna need to work on more geared shots too, just for the sake of pose practice, so expect either more amazing Jet, or the hilarious duo of Wave and Storm. (By the way, I totally ship Storm and Wave. I dig the arguing couple cliche too. XD)
